Before you start using CTF themes, you will need the following files:
CXMB for 3.71M33 version 3.1
CXMB for 3.80M33 version 3.1
CXMB for 3.90M33 version 3.1
Red Squirrel's RS Par Dumper v3.1
After installing all the files, you can start using the themes below:

Newest Version: 3.1
1. You can build .ctf file with a ptf that including wallpaper.
2. Readjusts the reboot delay after applying a theme to prevent some registry issue.
3. Add 3.80 capability.
